convenient location accessible bus old furniture inadequate air

the location proved convenient with termini station within a short walk i found bus stops easily accessible nearby.

the room i stayed in felt a bit dated and in need of some refurbishment particularly regarding the furniture it seemed old. the air conditioning did not perform very well this was a noticeable drawback

the location proved sufficient. it was close to transport links.

the room i received was not well-kept. furniture looked old and worn. the air conditioning was not effective and i struggled with temperature control.

The location was very good. It was close to termini station. many shops were around for daily needs and some good restaurants too. breakfast was very good and staff were friendly and very helpful.

the very pungent smell of air freshener was in the room, it has not gone away for two days of my stay. the furniture and the walls are worth updating, everything is quite old. the safe did not work in the room.

cleanliness mini markets friendly staff

The hotel was super clean! it had all necessary facilities! many mini markets were nearby. I could get snacks after 9 pm. i noticed a fruits and vegetables market on that street during the day. the reception staff was friendly and helpful!

the bathroom lacked a shower curtain or enclosure! water sprayed everywhere during showers.

Underwhelming stay. Issues with room quality

old furniture non-functioning safe

the hotel's location near the station was acceptable.

the room i got was honestly pretty disappointing. the furniture looked old, and i noticed a very strong smell of air freshener that just wouldn't go away. plus, the safe in the room didn't work, and even after they replaced it, it still wouldn't close properly.
